Landscape Design & Build

Everything Outdoor comes to your home or property, listens to what you want and need, and works with you on a proposed budget. We take pictures and ask for a survey and/or take measurements. A survey may not be required, but is useful in determining utility easements, site boundaries and site orientation. We will ask you some questions:

  • How can Everything Outdoor help?
  • How much time do you want to spend in your yard?
  • Do you maintain your yard or do you hire the work out?
  • Do you have a properly working irrigation system or are you planning to install one?
  • Are you looking to add - flowers and pretty pots, outdoor kitchen, exterior lighting?

There are no right or wrong answers. Your answers to these questions just help us give you your Everything Outdoor the way you want it instead of how we want it.

We charge a minimum of $100 for this initial visit.

We input the survey and/or measurements into our design software where we generate a preliminary design incorporating our artistic vision, your requirements, site characteristics, and budget to create a custom design which blends well with your surroundings. This preliminary design gives us something to discuss and refine. This step is often an iterative process, as it is the ideal time to discuss changes, additions and substitutions. The result of this step is a final plan and a complete cost estimate.

Costs for the final plan starts at $350, and increases depending on the scope of work. This cost is waived if Everything Outdoor does the installation.

Everything Outdoor handles all aspects of scheduling, material procurement, and on-site supervision of your installation. Once plans are finalized, construction begins. By engaging in daily clean-up and organization, we minimize the level of inconvenience to you.

Upon completion, we do a "final-walkthrough" with you to ensure that all aspects of the project have been done to your satisfaction, and your vision has become a reality.
